OK sapes, brace yourselves. The flux is fast and furious this week so I'll just stick to the highlights since most of you are already starting to skim this thing right now...here I go...
1) THURS, MAR 20th - The Vernal Equinox arrives at 1:48 A.M. EDT...So we're shifting from three months of the EXO influences (WYSIWIG structure & impersonal systems) into the influences of the PHYLO's (human to human bonding & interpersonal connections) which is an emotional whiplash most of us miss. So plan some alone time if you're flying low or some inner circle outing if you're up for the early vibe. That leads to my next item on the docket
2) FRI, MAR 21st - The "Full Worm" Moon arrives at 2:40pm EDT which signifies the peak point for the ONTO lunar phase we're completing -- which is fear in the future (anxiety). In case you haven't had this handy, here's the issue we're all pondering behind the scenes.
"How can I think of the uncertainty of my future and feel comfortable about it?"
3) SAT, MAR 22nd - OK, we made it through the Equinox and the Full Worm Moon but now we have all the emotional debris to begin to process as we enter the ECO lunar phase, which is active until MAR 29th, the last day of the "Somatic Winter's" 12-week cycle of coherence... This is a good day to break the routine, bend all the rules and let the Spring Fever spike...
4) SUN, MAR 23rd - Easter SUN means one thing to me after all these years of tracking this: sugar crashes. So after three days that'll wind us through all 4 domains, most of us will be indulging, which just is, so all I can offer people is this - eat apples to decrease cravings. I'd also make sure you're hydrating since sugar will dry out your joints if you're >12 yrs old. That said, enjoy the holiday (very PHYLO appropriate) and get in a foot bath on SUN night.

Last Week's Advice - It's Still Fresh!
With the clock change I have a few items of business here to tend to before we get to the news afoot in the sky. As we do when Daylight Savings ends in the Fall, I suggest people get more foods with zinc and copper in their system during the two week interval after the switch.
Here's a short list to get you started...
Zinc: sunflower seeds, celery, cashews, almonds, lentils, brown rice, and tofu
Copper: pecans, raisins, molasses, peanut butter and legumes (peas)
Meridian Meditation
Use each day to open your awareness to one of the 12 acupuncture meridians and the 2 vessels that unite to create your mircocosmic orbit. Use this link as your guide and spend a minute each of the next two weeks with a meridian per day. Reverse the sequence once we make the time change for full benefit. It takes a minute, so hey, it qualifies as a SIMPLE too!
